Villa „Amanda“ is located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Kotor Bay and it is a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The villa has been carefully restored over the past 2 years.

The villa consists of 3 floors and has: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 large living room and a kitchen. Outside there are 3 large terraces with outdoor furniture and amazing views of the sea and mountains.The villa is only in 10 minutes’ drive from the medieval town of Kotor and in 15-20 minutes from the airport in Tivat. In Kotor and Tivat you will find many restaurants, cafes, shops, boutiques, night clubs, as well as ancient monuments and churches. The villa has its own pier, where you can moor your boat / yacht or just sunbathe on the sun loungers. A few meters from the house there is a small beach, which is ideal for small children.
