Description

Two luxury villas, each one with an area of 600 m², will be built in the most expensive and prestigious first zone of the coast near the sea.
The villas are harmoniously entered into the landscape, they have a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the picturesque surroundings. All necessary permits have been received for the construction of the villas, the project has been approved, communal payments have been paid. The beginning of construction – October 2017, the end – May 2018. In each villa there planned to be 3 residential floors, each floor of 150 m²:
1st floor: spacious living room with a fireplace, dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a kitchen and 2 large terraces.
3rd floor: 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 large terraces.
At the stage of the project, before October 01, 2017, the price of each villa is 1.550.000 €. At the request of the buyer, before the start of construction, it is possible to make changes to the project: to determine the functionality of the ground floor zones, to change the layout of each floor, to reschedule the territory.
Payments: 50% – the first stage, 40% – the second stage, 10% – delivery of the facility.
At the stage of construction (in concrete), until 31 December 2017, the price will be 1.750.000 €
At this stage, the choice of finishing materials and re-planning of the territory is possible.
Payments: payment 90% + 10% after the delivery of the object.
At the stage of readiness of villas in May 2018, the cost will be 1.950.000 €
The price includes: construction of the villa in accordance with the architectural design, central air conditioning and heating, floor heating, alarm, electric shutters, diesel electric generator in case of electricity outage, plumbing, pool, landscaping.
