Tourist complex in Zabljak

The area of the land plot is about 50 acres. Half of the plot has

a slight slope where parking is provided, the other half has a greater angle of inclination, allowing the construction of small houses that do not overlap the view of the city and the Durmitor mountain range.

The complex consists of 4 properties:

• Four-storey villa with a total area of 800 m²
• Two-storey house, area 80 m²
• Two one-storey houses, area 40 m² every.

The main building is designed with complex infrastructure for a comfortable stay of more than 14 guests. On each floor of the main building there are regular places for fireplaces.

snowmobiles, bicycles and motorcycles, inventory.

with panoramic windows overlooking the mountains and the future ski lift.

– Third floor, area 144 m²

– three apartments with panoramic windows, billiards room.

– Fourth floor, area 113 m²

– three apartments with private bathrooms.

All objects were built legally and included in the documents.
