There are two adjacent plots for sale: one with ruins – 699 m², the second – 51 m². The ruins are registered, but represent only the foundation of an old house with an area of 81 m². There is a city water supply and electricity nearby. Coordination for the connection of water and electricity has been paid for. There are two roads leading to the site: one – straight past the hospital and Roman mosaics, goes to the lower part of the site, the second, winding, – accordingly, goes to the top of the site. Geodetic and geological surveys of the site were carried out, a project was developed for a two-storey villa with a separate guest house.
