Investment project Palazzo Cattaro

Description

Palazzo Cattaro hotel complex with first class rooms and apartments from 55 m² to 200 m². The complex will be located on the beach of Kotor, in 3 minutes from the Old Town and, at the same time, isolated and secluded, with its own private beach and magnificent views of the bay. For the implementation of this project, the ideal location was chosen – Kotor – the pearl of the Boka-Kotor Bay. A unique place, combining delightful natural landscapes, old cities – UNESCO monuments and recognized as one of the main tourist places of Montenegro.

The cost of the project Palazzo Cattaro is 4 800 000 euros. Permission for the construction of 14 500 m² excluding basements and garages.
